Our Community Management ("OCM") offers a referral reward program to individuals who successfully refer new homeowner associations (HOAs) to our management services. This program is designed to reward individuals who help grow our community of managed properties.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Eligible Participants
Individuals must be 18 years or older to participate
Current clients, business partners, and community members are eligible
Participation is voluntary and free of charge

Current OCM employees and their immediate family members
Competitors or their representatives
Any individual or entity prohibited by law from participating in such programs

The referred HOA must not have been previously contacted by OCM in the past 90 days
