Christmas Contest
Contest Eligibility
There will be between 3 and 7 winners for the month of December as outlined below.
- Deadline Date for entries: 12/19/2022
- Deadline Time for entries: 5 p.m.
Judging:
- Judging will take place at 8 p.m. 12/19/2022
- Judges’ decisions are final.
- Judges will be unbiased and include at least one non-SCE homeowner.
- Winners will be formally notified either by email or mail by December 21, 2022.
- Signs depicting winning positions (1st, 2nd, and 3rd place) will be placed in the winner’s yards and financial awards in the form of reduced HOA dues for the month of January or monetarily equivalent gift cards in the following amounts will be awarded to winners:
1st place $75 gift card
2nd place $50 gift card
3rd place $25 gift card
- Must be in compliance with Silver Creek Estates fees and guidelines.
- Must have attractive landscape: neatly mowed & edged, pruned & trimmed shrubs & trees, healthy plants
- Yard free of debris & clutter
- Design of visible front yard decorations
- Tasteful decorations
- Lights
- Good balance
- Aesthetic appeal
Judges: Select 2 judges from SCE and one from Outside SCE. Judge’s homes cannot be selected as prizewinners.
